30 Top Success Tips For Sweet Success

Adopt just one of these tips and use it every day to make a big difference in your life.

1. Expand your horizons continuously. Your brain is like a marvellous machine that responds better when it is in constant use. So give your brain a workout.

2. Count your blessings each and every morning. Cultivate an attitude of gratitude. Think of all the wonderful things you already have in your life.

3. Learn to really listen to other people. Allow another person to have their say without interruption. Don’t immediately jump in with judgements or advice.

4. Exercise the power of your imagination. Think in great detail about something you really want. Pretend you already have it. Do this often.

5. Acknowledge other people for the efforts they have made. So many people feel under-appreciated and overlooked. A simple ‘thank you’ goes a long way.

6. Huge goals can seem more achievable when they are chunked down. What small step can you take today to take you closer to your goal? Do it.

7. Stretch yourself and try something that seems impossibly hard. Celebrate your courage and wallow in your success.

8. No matter how grim things may seem, you always have options. There is a better outcome and you can achieve it. Ask yourself how.

9. Focus constantly on the positive aspects of your life no matter how small these may be to begin with.

16. Tithe a portion of your income. Give something back to the world.

17. Be diligent about using your time. It is such a precious asset so don’t waste a moment.

18. Replace bad habits with good ones. Substitute an unhealthy addiction with something pleasurable that doesn’t take a toll on your health or wealth.

19. Remind yourself of your many successes and achievements. Consider the obstacles you’ve overcome. You’ve done it before, and you can do it again.

20. Change your vocabulary. Ban such self-limiting phrases as ‘I should’, ‘if only’, ‘I can’t’ and ‘I must’ and any others that spring to mind.

21. Face your challenges head-on. Tackle the tasks you have been avoiding. You’ll feel so energised afterwards.

22. Look for reasons to compliment someone else. If you look hard enough, you’ll find something positive to say.

23. Organise your daily tasks in order of importance. Focus on only those that you consider the most urgent. The rest can wait.

24. Spend five minutes at the end of each day making a list of the tasks you need to do the next day then forget about them until the morning.

25. Breathe deeply from your diaphragm. Shallow breathing (from your chest) will just put you in a panicky ‘fight or flight’ state.

26. Have a good cry if you feel like it. Crying releases all sorts of tension in your body.

27. Go for a walk, even if it’s just a stroll around the office. Sitting at a desk all day is bad for your posture. Get a change of scene and open your mind.

28. Allow yourself at least five minutes alone each day. Work, kids, your partner and the world will survive without your loving presence for 300 seconds.

29. Do one thing every day that will take you closer to your goals. If you want to write a book, write something every day.

30. Find something that makes you laugh and stick with it. Laughter releases feel-good chemicals in the body making you feel happy. So go on, have a laugh.

Today, I will give you the clue to know whether what you are doing now in your life will lead you to a successful future or not.

You will not be anymore moving around without confidence in what your future will be. You will know without any doubt whether you are on the right track or you are moving towards a disappointing future.

Defining your life purpose is the first step towards a satisfactory and successful life. You have to know the path that will let you live with passion and make a difference to other people’s life.

When you discover your life purpose you will have the power to do little changes, one at a time, until you are aligned with the right direction; the direction of your life purpose and your ultimate destiny.

You will not change your path in a night. But you can start
now under your current situation doing the necessary
preparation and doing very small changes that will build up
and at a certain time with another small change you will be on the right track.

Do you define success as having a lot of money? Or do you define success as being able to live your life the way you want too? Either way, they are both good things to strive for. We all know not everyone can be successful as there are checks and balances for winners and losers.

I truly feel most people want to be in on the winning side. However, we always run into people that remain in the same place in life. Do you feel you are you one of those people? Obviously if you’re a person looking and trying to better your life you want to be on the winning side.

Being successful can mean many things. My definition of being successful is accomplishing what you intend to do. For example, I always intended to have a family and I now have a great family. I consider myself very successful.

Success does not mean to look better than the people around you. I believe it comes from within and how you perceive yourself and your life. Success is something that you do not have to show on a daily basis. Success is how you live your life.

Here are three tips on being successful:

Create a Vision of Yourself

Having a vision is the first and most critical step of any successful plan. Create a vision of what you intend to do. Write down how you want to see yourself 1 year from now. Think about how your life will look. Having a vision will help you focus on what you want to achieve.

Take up Good Habits and Break Unproductive Habits

Always read and learn about the world around you. Think an opportunity through and do not be impulsive when an opportunity presents itself. Eat well and exercise. After all everything you do starts from within. Be in good health and don’t take your good health for granted. Add fitness to your life. Learn to handle distractions as there will plenty of distractions to address. Don’t use distractions as an excuse to fail.

Enjoy the Chase

Enjoy your road to success. The path will be filled with adversity. Keep your sense of humor because you may experience very tough challenges along the way. Be responsible, try and control your time by being as effective as possible.

Remember success is not free and it does take sacrifice. The price you pay is time and effort. Success is hard but rewarding (even during the chase for success). To be successful you have to work hard, educate yourself and maybe have a little luck on your side.
